Very good breakfast, very clean, nice atmosphere.

This was our 4th visit & this time we were very disappointed. As a repeat customer I somewhat expected a small upgrade … fyi Expedia Deluxe room only has a city view. The Akra V where we stayed this time is across the street from the main Akra hotel. By staying at Akra V you miss out on alot - as the main hotel has the bars & a cool vibe. Akra V is just hotel rooms. Breakfast had a fab selection in a beautiful restaurant that expands onto their patio with outstanding views. They had gf bread which I was grateful for. The service was overall pretty lousy.. we would sit for ages b4 someone would bring us coffee. Or clear our table- 1 time we sat 25mins with used dishes - no one came to collect them even tho staff walked past our table many times. Alot of staff were not at all friendly except the sweet girl who checked us in at the restaurant & the tall friendly chef who made our omelette for breakfast. The concierge at V was very attentive & our room cleaner was adorable. She’s the only 1 we tipped -everyone else didn’t do anything other than ‘be there’ no 1 went out of their way to make us feel welcome or at ease. The pool area is outstanding, best views we’ve ever experienced, yet again the staff were NOT friendly (except 1 guy Faithiran who was friendly & had smile on his face) some were even rude. I paid cash for a drink & never did get change! We feel Lara beach is overrated, use to be fun, full of Brits now it’s Russians. Not sure if we’ll return. Service is essential!

We had a wonderful stay at Akra V and would gladly return. The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore Antalya while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. What stood out most was the hospitality. Every member of the staff we interacted with was attentive, welcoming, and eager to help, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. A special mention goes to the bakery located at the entrance of the hotel, which serves some of the best croissants we have ever had. It quickly became part of our daily routine. We also loved Shakespeare Coffee & Bistro nearby, where we enjoyed what was easily the best Chicken Carbonara we’ve ever tasted. Overall, Akra V provided a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable experience. Between the great location, friendly staff, clean accommodations, and fantastic dining options nearby, it was a perfect choice for our stay in Antalya. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This hotel is a modern, smaller branch of the Akra Hotel, situated directly across the street from the main property. The rooms are impressively clean, spacious, and feature a contemporary design. While breakfast isn’t included in the room rate, there is a charming boutique cafe attached to the hotel where you can purchase meals. For entertainment, there is a pay-per-play arcade located conveniently downstairs. Please note that guests must head across the road to the main Akra Hotel to access premium amenities like the swimming pool, spa, and full-service restaurants.

Staff couldn't be more helpful, lovely restaurant and bakery next door. Gym and spa facilities at the main hotel were fantastic. Although I had checked out they allowed me to use the sauna and indoor pool prior to leaving for the airport. Will 100% return.

Room was great. Breakfast is really best and staff is extra ordinary. They ordered beautiful birthday cake and treated us like royalty. Merve is a great concierge and she deserves special mention. So is 1. Floor attendant Ayse

Very clean room, nice welcome gifts, top notch amenities and features, spacious room with comfortable working area (chair might be a bit low for tall people like me, but was not a big deal). Only negative thing was the Internet speed, but I learnt that it was a common issue for the whole town due to dire weather conditions.
