Staff here are very peasant and make you feel welcome here when you first pull up the valet are welcoming. I like how Bobby at the shoe booth greeted us and pointed us in the right direction he always made a point to acknowledge you as you came in and out. Check in girls are also very nice. Good location to Broadway.

It's the best one the pool was on the roof by the bar with live music Monique was awesome she was so nice so helpful and 57$ a day for valet parking I was like idk about it but well worth the money and the piece of mind the valet workers were great also a restaurant on the first floor was amazing with live music there also. The gym was very convenient and it was just a whole vibe no complaints 💯/💯 highly recommend.

Great

This is a nice hotel in a great location, just a few blocks from Broadway and the heart of the Nashville action. The attractive lobby pays homage to the city's music heritage. When we got off the elevator, we noticed a Victrola and several vintage record albums on display, including Tammy Wynette and George Strait. Service was very good from the start. They allowed us to check in early and accommodated our request for a room on a high floor so we could watch the Fourth of July fireworks and drone show. The view was spectacular and we couldn't have asked for a better vantage point. They were also very responsive to our text requests during our stay. We did have one maintenance issue with our sink not draining properly. They responded promptly, although it never was completely fixed and continued to drain slowly. I'd give the hotel five stars except for two things. First, they don't accept cash, which was inconvenient because we wanted to tip the valet and housekeeping. We preferred to tip in person rather than electronically. Second, valet parking was extremely expensive at $57 per day, which significantly added to the cost of our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room gave us an unforgettable view of the holiday celebration. If the cashless policy and high parking cost don't bother you, it's an excellent choice for visiting downtown Nashville. Also the pool is tiny, more slash than swim.
