Fantastic

Deluxe Double Room - Leisure · 2 Adults · 5 Nights

Over all experience was great! The front desk receptionists were friendly, professional, efficient, and helpful. She listened to our request and more happy to provide us what we requested. The Hotel lobby was clean and inviting. The security and other staffs were also friendly, professional, and very helpful some of them even remember us from last stayed. We love the location because it walkable. The Ayala Mall and other amenities are easy to get to. The pool are is relaxing and nice. The gym is also not bad kudos to Arvin the gym receptionist for being friendly and helpful. Our is very clean, quiet and away from the elevator just like how we like it. We would definitely stay here again in the future. cleanliness: The Hotel lobby and room were very clean although the hall way carpet could use some replacement because it definitely looks over worn and old stain definitely visible hotel location: Excellent transport access: Excellent service: Excellent

Great

Deluxe Double Room - Leisure · 2 Adults · 2 Nights

Overall, it’s a perfectly okay stay for the price. The location is great, right across the street from Ayala Center Cebu, which makes shopping and dining incredibly easy. The staff are also very good, attentive, and welcoming. The main drawback is that the rooms feel quite outdated and are starting to show their age. If you don't mind a slightly older room and are mostly looking for convenience and a fair price, it gets the job done.
