Very old dinning area. Carpet ripped twice I was close to fall. Breakfast area floor very dirty. Stairs very dirty . I wanted to leave on the very first look at the room. But this guy on the reception promised he will change my room with no charge. He never did. Never called

Great

Solo stay

The room was clean and quiet and the stuff was really helpful. The breakfast was awesome, as well. The windows really muffled the outside sounds, too, which is great as it's a very busy area at night. My only criticism is that the room gets really hot with the window closed against sound. A relatively cheap, easy fix would be to add floor fans in the rooms without a/c. For the price of the room, I don’t feel like that would be too much to ask for.

Stayed with friends

The staff was very helpful. We said our room was too warm and were shown how to open the tricky window plus we were given a fan. We asked for a kettle and tea bags and were given them immediately. There are always cookies for guests in the lobby. All in all a lovely place to stay in Stockholm

Solo stay

It is my second stay in this hotel, and I have to say, although it is a little overpriced for the obviously aging property, the location, the incredibly large/ included breakfast, and the phenomenally helpful staff, (special mentions to Ante and Anna!!!) Made this stay worth it.

Solo stay

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location! Couldn't be happier. The hotel is right across from a park with the national library, close to everything yet surprisingly quiet. You can find everything you need within a 5 min walk, shopping streets, food halls, cafes, supermarkets you name it. The breakfast restaurant is beautiful with a good selection of food, I was surprised to be offered a ginger shot the first morning, haven't seen it anywhere before, very refreshing to wake up to. The staff are friendly and helpful when helping me store luggage after check out. The toiletry smells divine as well. Overall very happy, would definitely stay here again.

Good and pleasant location. Staff really lovely. Breakfasts were utterly amazing and candlelit. Actually great value for money with bfast included. Could have done with a kettle etc in the room. Would highly recommend.
