Our stay at Novotel Bali Benoa was wonderful. The resort is very nice, clean, and beautifully maintained. You can tell the property is well taken care of, from the gardens to the rooms and common areas—everything felt comfortable, peaceful, and inviting. The staff were one of the best parts of our stay. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their kindness and attention made the experience even more enjoyable and relaxing. The restaurant at the resort was also very convenient, with good food and a pleasant atmosphere, making it easy to enjoy meals without leaving the property. If you want to explore outside, there are also many restaurants and massage places nearby within walking distance, offering very good food and excellent massages at very reasonable prices. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant stay, and we would gladly return again. Highly recommend Novotel Bali Benoa for anyone looking for a clean, beautiful resort with excellent service and a great location.

I had wonderful stay at Novotel Bali Benia. The hotel has a very serene atmosphere which was exactly what I needed to unwind. I loved lounging by the beaches infinity pool. A huge thank you to the helpful staff who made every moment feel effortless.

I selected accomodation for 2 adults and 2 kids and got a room with 2 single beds, not happy! The rooms needed maintenance and food expensive.

Such a beautiful resort, spacious rooms and gorgeous pools. Staff were so lovely and accommodating. Room was a little dated and the bed was a bit hard for our liking but overall a lovely stay

Staff are lovely and very friendly. Hotel is in great condition. Buffet Breakfast is amazing. Water sports can be booked from the Hotel and prices are similar to external places, Plus you get picked and dropped by boat to the hotel.
