Great
The location next to Mayo Clinic Phoenix was very helpful. They also provided a shuttle to the clinic buildings so you didn’t have to walk in the heat or take your car. Close to shops and restaurants was also helpful.

Good
Front desk check-in was brutally SLOW even though it was not busy. Many behind the desk but most of them just standing around. Bathroom in unit lacked cleanliness, including the floors, door knobs, door jambs, and shower curtain liner, which was brown along the entire bottom. Carpets in unit had stains that have not been addressed.

Great
Breakfast choices largely the same every day, except for an occasional different breakfast sandwich. There was never bacon, only turkey sausage patties.

Solo stay

The facility is very clean, with nice landscaping. The representative at the registration desk was wonderful, and I believe her name was Virginia. I had a king-size bed which was heavenly, and didn't want to leave. The shower was amazing, and with soft water in the room - BONUS! The room had a very nice kitchenette equipped with dishes, a full fridge, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. Typical coffee maker and condiments provided, which is a nice way to start the day. The continental breakfast was VERY nice, with the usual eggs, meat, potatoes, waffles, and great coffee. My favorite, though, and what I only had, was the delicious oatmeal! They didn't hold back with great goodies to put on it, i.e., walnuts, almonds, shredded coconut, brown sugar, raisins, etc. Blueberries or strawberries would have been nice, but I grabbed a fresh banana. Great place, and I highly recommend it. I look forward to staying here again! Thanks.

Fantastic

Stayed with family

I liked everything breakfast was ample, dinner, dessert and beverages were great. The coffee bar was great. The mini amenities offering was great but expensive. The staff was extremely thoughtful. They even remembered that I liked Prosecco for dinner. The golf cart shuttle to the Mayo, was always very prompt. The seating arrangements downstairs were very attractive and comfortable. I didn’t have a chance to use the pool that it looked very beautiful. The room had a standard size refrigerator, microwave, stove, cabinets with dishes and plates and pots and pans. They had a huge swivel TV. The beds were very comfortable, but quite high off the ground. The bathroom had a tub with a good, shower. Lots of towels. The room room was only serviced twice a week, but that was Ample for us. Good air-conditioning. We might have to stay again for a couple of weeks and the Residence would be a very comfortable place to stay and so near to the Mayo Clinic.

We stayed for 5 days for medical appointments at Mayo Clinic. This hotel was just perfect as it is just a few minute walk to the hospital and they also offer golf cart rides to and from. Breakfast was good and they open the kitchen for dinner at reasonable prices. Their evening bar is perfect to unwind after a long day.
