Great We happened to be there during a heatwave and our room was not air conditioned. When booking, don’t assume you will have air conditioning.

Fantastic Great and classic hotel in a convenient location to major Dublin attractions and the tram. The only downside is it can be noisy at night, especially if it’s warm and you need to sleep with the windows open, as it was when we were there. That is no fault of the hotel, however. Staff were helpful, and housekeeping kept our room clean and tidy. The breakfast is excellent. Take advantage of the discount by paying for your meal the night before. We are a family of four with young children and it was perfect.

FantasticStayed with family · For friends and family
Our two-night stay with two young adult children was fuss-free and comfortable. Rooms were larger than expected, with comfortable beds, big bathrooms with a lovely walk-in shower, a desk with chair, small table and chairs, luggage rack, and a wardrobe with a safe. The buffet breakfast (extra cost) was plentiful and offered decent variety.
The location was convenient - about 10-15 minutes walk to Grafton Street and Temple Bar, and there are plenty of buses and trams steps from the door. There’s also a Tesco 200 m away for basic food and drinks.
More expensive than we would normally budget, but that’s just Dublin in July unfortunately.

FantasticStayed with family
Very helpful staff - specially Eamonn at the desk. Rooms were made up on time and well. However, we were not given our water bottles on a regular basis and the staff had to be reminded. No toiletries except for handwash liquid!

Fantastic We had a lovely stay at Cassidys Hotel. The room was great and a good size, the bed was very comfortable and we had no issues with water pressure that others have mentioned. The breakfast was buffet style which I’m always a bit dubious about but it was good quality food and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. A great find and we would definitely book again if we are back in Dublin.
