Super location. Very pleasant staff met us on arrival. Made the check in so much nicer. Breakfast was very nice. But somehow the rooms alloted to us in EVERY hotel was never a room with a view or a room that has character. We believe those booking through Expedia /Hotels.com are not given any preference! Hotels prefer that one bold directly with them! This had been our experience throughout this trip!!

Excellent location in easy walking distance to everything. As European air conditioning goes it is very comfortable on a sweltering summer day. If you think you are going to work out the fitness center isn’t really functional with a 80’s style weight contraption with broken plates.

Solo stay

The Dukes Arches is a lovely hotel in a great location, friendly, helpful staff and a great breakfast. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I decided to come back to Brugge and wouldn’t consider staying elsewhere. An all around wonderful experience.

Lovely stay, cheerful staff, excellent breakfast with something for everyone. The breakfast room was big too so never felt busy with everything being replenished quickly. Our room was beautiful and quiet. It’s just a short walk into town
