Close to the airport. Helpful staff

Location is the biggest advantage for this hotel. You can literally walk in 5 mins from the airport. They have a nice breakfast. Rooms are clean and big.

Close to family. If we had needed the airport, it would have been very convienient!

After a last-minute flight cancellation, we unexpectedly needed a place to stay and booked the Hilton Knoxville Airport Hotel. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, welcoming, and exactly what we needed after a long day of travel disruptions. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and every interaction was friendly and professional. A special shout out goes to Terry, the hotel driver, who truly made our stay memorable. He drove us to dinner and later to Swig, and his outstanding service deserves recognition. Terry was funny, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. His positive attitude and genuine hospitality turned a simple shuttle ride into one of the highlights of our stay. If you find yourself in Knoxville especially if travel plans don't go as expected, I cannot recommend the Hilton Knoxville Airport Hotel highly enough. Excellent accommodations, exceptional service, and people like Terry are what make this hotel stand out. We would gladly stay here again.

Easy walk to the airport

It would have been really nice to have a lounge to relax in the evening with a cocktail. But it was wonderful overall.

We arrived late in the afternoon and left early the next morning so we did not have much time to enjoy the facility. The staff were polite and helpful.

This hotel is right next to the Knoxville airport which allows someone to walk from baggage claim to the hotel in 5 minutes. The restaurant and staff at the hotel are wonderful. The problem is the the hotel is old and tired. In our room, we were unable to charge our phone, IPad, etc. Because the outlets available for this use didn't hold our cable plugs securely so the items didn't charge. It could be a great stopover but it needs major updating.
