We stayed here for one night, and overall it was an okay experience. The location was convenient, and the room itself was comfortable. However, there were a few issues that should be addressed. The carpet was quite dirty, some of the electrical switch plates were broken, and the shampoo dispensers in the bathroom were empty. There were also no complimentary water bottles in the room, which was disappointing, especially during the summer, as it’s something many guests expect. With better housekeeping and maintenance, this hotel could provide a much better experience.

Likes: property close and accessible going north or south on niagra Blvd. Like staff, Terry! Loved Peruvian restaurant attached to hotel. Server Hans was amazing. Hotel in desperate need pf updates. Carpets, walls, furniture in poor shape. Ceiling tiles hanging. "Breakfast" (we were there at 7:15 am) consist of cold cereal...minimal to no milk, sliced bread (could be toasted) and either eat it dry or with butter or strawberry packaged jelly. Weak coffee /powdered cream, and then no coffee. Staff were not at the front desk/breakfast area until around 7;50-8a.m. Guests had to ring the bell for assistance. Staff appeared yawning and disheveled as if they just got out of bed.

Situated in front of the whirpool this super 8 is ok if you dont like ciment around like niagara near the falls hotels Found parking on robinson for 5bucks ...lots of hotels and parking lots are cutting prices I went for 3 nights , the breakfast was a joke seriously Bread for toast and generic cereals of froot loops and raisin bran ..i took coffee and juice If you have a car .. its best you take it if not ..the bus we go is great ...i like to be independant Many good cheap reataurants like flying saucer is a stop Many buffets around also Clifton hill is for children of unmature men .. meuseum street is no more Anyways i liked the price, loved the location nature wise and i would probably return The price was one of the best in Niagara ...dont expect a 5 star place It needs money to make it nice

No coffee pot in room, very few TV channels, no breakfast other than cereal. Other than that it was a place to sleep for the night and seemed like a safe area.
