Fantastic
Lovely hotel, esp enjoyed the comfy bed and the shower was great. Could use a little touch up paint in spots but not enough to detract from the stay. Lovely‼️‼️🌈🌈

The staff were absolutely lovely and helped me navigate bus/train routes, were responsive. the restaurant staff were very lovely. located very close to the bus station and can easily walk to downtown. very quiet. if I find myself in Haarlem again, would love it.

Stayed with family

Stayed with my husband and teenage son. Booked a deluxe room with park view and it was spacious enough for us all. Mini bar included. We had dinner a couple of times in the Zocher restaurant attached. Food was great and staff were helpful and friendly. Only had breakfast on one of the mornings during a week’s stay. Again, staff really pleasant and helpful. I’m a bit sorry I didn’t try butter and chocolate sprinkles on my bread. Hotel is close to bus stops and within easy reach of shopping, as well as Haarlem’s plethora of places to eat and drink. I would definitely recommend!

Solo stay

A wonderful hotel: quiet with excellent rooms and staff that are very welcoming. Ignore the poor reviews - some people simply don't know what they want! A truly great stay close to all amenities. Not a 5 - star rated hotel, but it is!

Solo stay

This hotel did not vibe with me. It felt too pretentious on arrival and hence ruined my Friday night. After making the mistake of not sitting down at a table for breakfast to order coffee the first morning, no one would take my order for this and an omelette that the table menu offered the second morning.

The hotel had a lovely lobby, the restaurant was great, they gave you free drinks in the restaurant if you didn't want your room cleaned. The location was great, east walk to the centre of town and groceries and also right across from a lovely walking park. Very quiet and beds were great.

The hotel is very nice. Clean and spacious rooms. The hotel is a little walk from the sites. However, nothing is actually a far walk.
