Great

Solo stay

Good location, good prices for hotel stay, I thought hotel was a bit run-down, however everything was clean, great customer service and belongings were safe. Bonus has a great gym.

Fantastic

Solo stay

Though during my stay Israel had closed the airspace and just about all tourist/religious/historical sites for public safety reasons, my hotel became my sanctuary. The housekeeping staff were always ready to clean room & provide me with essentials if needed. I even extended my stay without difficulty. Wonderful Front Desk; an excellent location close to the sites; many shops all around and places to get food etc. I love the busy location & being right in the middle of local life. It is a very busy neighbourhood - but that is the charm.

A small, personal hotel. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was nice and the view from the rooftop was spectacular. Breakfast consisted of bread, egg, several cheeses and coffee, tea or juice. There is an elevator, it is small and you will need to go up a few steps to access it and you will need to go up a flight of steps to get to the rooftop.

Decent Stay with Some Room for Improvement I stayed here recently and overall, it was an okay experience. The room was clean, which was a positive start. However, after taking a shower, water leaked out from the shower area, and the entire toilet floor got flooded. I ended up spending a bit of time cleaning it up, which was quite inconvenient. The towel provided was incredibly small – almost the size of a handkerchief. That wasn’t ideal, especially when you need a proper-sized towel after a shower. The internet speed was frustratingly slow, which made it difficult to do anything online. Breakfast was decent but didn’t stand out – it could definitely be improved. Also, I was disappointed that they didn’t provide even a small complimentary water bottle upon arrival, which is usually a nice touch. On the positive side, the location was excellent, with shops nearby, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception team was especially accommodating, which was nice. A couple of other things to note: the duvet provided was quite small. When I asked for a double duvet, they gave me another single one, which didn’t really solve the issue. All in all, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but there are definitely some areas that could be improved for a better experience.
