The young night staff was great, very polite. Incident in the morning with the 35 yo housekeeping guy. Back and forth in the morning with my 6 yo to breakfast and loading the car I passed the male housekeeper 4 or 5 times in the hall as he cleaned rooms. Male housekeeper: Hispanic dude 5’9” heavy enough that his shaved head looked like a pack of hotdogs, iykyk. He was working at the other end of the hallway. After breakfast I had my kid shower and get dressed as I started loading the car. My room was at the end of the building right by the exit door. As I exited my room with the majority of our luggage, juggling everything as I went trying not to loose the car keys before i got outside, I saw the male maid. He was towards the other end of the hallway at least 6 rooms down and across the hallway. We made eye contact as I turned to the exit door and he went in the room he was cleaning. As soon as I got outside I realized I left my phone in the room. I left the luggage at the curb and ran back into the room. It was so quick the exterior building door hadn’t shut yet. No sooner I grabbed my phone and headed back to my room door there was a quick knock and “housekeeping” and the dude opened my room door and took two steps in as my son was getting dressed. He wasn’t expecting me to be there. He said “I thought you left”. I said “I did, but it’s only 10:15. Why are you in my room before checkout time?” He had no answer. I slowly backed his ass out of the room. Watch your kids.

The room here was very clean. We arrived very late which wasn't an issue we just had to call the number at the desk to alert the assistant. The breakfast was just ok (no waffles, no pancakes, no bagels, no attendant... but it was ok). The weather was very hot outside but the location is close to the activities we were interested in. Approximately 12-15 min drive to lower antelope tours. Overall I'd stay again.

Clean, helpful staff and great breakfast.

The room was clean and comfortable. However, the staff was impolite in a few different situations. Upon check-in, there was a family clearly exasperated over a reservation mix-up. The man at the desk asked them to step aside so he could check in other guests. The next day, when I informed the breakfast staff that there were no more scrambled eggs, the worker said, "Yeah, well, you're going to have to wait a while." Then my friend got off the elevator and nearly bumped into a male staff member who was delivering sheets. She said, "I'm sorry!" and the worker replied, "I'm sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry..." really sarcastically. So even though the hotel was decent, the staff needs to be more sensitive and polite.

Horrible service!

The property is very distinctive, with a million dollar view. All areas are pleasantly furnished and the pool and hot tub are lovely. Breakfast was ok-- some strange sausage forms and bread was all white/processed. eggs are obviously not real. The cookies were a nice touch but are overbaked some days. We stayed for four nights and not once did not have our room cleaned while there. We ran out of toilet paper and had to steal some from the public bathrooms; I had to take washcloths off a cart in the hall because we ran out of those too. Also ran out of tissues. Our trash overflowed more than once and I had to bag it up and leave it outside the door repeatedly. Our bed was never made, not once. I finally hand wrote a note and left it at the front desk-- no one was ever there-- asking for our room to be cleaned. Subsequently, someone from the front desk came to our room with towels (???) I did not need towels; I needed the room cleaned. This caused much confusion-- I didn't know whether he was responding to my note or whether my husband had asked for towels. We ended up having a major fight because of the confusion and disappointment. That threatened to ruin our vacation but we recovered 24 hours later. There were signs available to hang on our door asking to NOT disturb us-- but nothing asking for the room to be cleaned. Every day, I saw carts in the hallway and thought we would finally come home to a replenished space, but no.

Room was okay. Need some touch ups done. Biggest complaint was how well I could hear my neighbors. I could hear everything they said. When someone showered next to me or above me it was incredibly loud. Breakfast was zero stars. Only thing left was a couple pieces of bread. I waited about 10 minutes for more but never came so I left. The hotel seemed clean and not a horrible stay. Just expected more.

Was disappointed that the pool closed at 9 PM. It was barely dark and most pools close at 10 PM. Other than that the property was wonderful and a great value. Good breakfast also.
