Love staying there, so close to everything and easy access, room was very clean

The room was clean and stocked. The door handle on the joining room was broken, the bathroom had holes in the drywall, loose toilet seat, trash can was broken with sharp edges, the dining table was too small, our room was in the front of the building so we heard the traffic noise all day and way until the night, the elevators worked fine but smelled terrible we had to hold our breath until we got some Febreze on the walls and floors. It helped some but it didn’t last long enough, the is the first place I have ever stayed at that charged you for ice, and the breakfast was ok but it was the same thing every day. The pools were good and the hot tub, outside fire pit was perfect nice rocking chairs, the fireplace in the room was excellent. Our parking garage was very nice and out of the weather. The staff didn’t really acted like they gave a crap about us anytime I had interaction with them it’s like I wasn’t even there talking to them. If I had known that this is the way it was going to be, I would’ve never stayed there. Now some of the people that was staying there were nice. I guess the best thing about the entire stay is it was in the middle of town.

This place was like staying at a relative's house and I mean that in the best possible way! It was clean and quiet. The hot breakfast was good but could use a little more variety. The fire pit and chairs was a unique feature and nice after a long day of travel.

The room was very clean. The breakfast was very nice. Indoor and outdoor pools. It was very nice for the price. Will definitely stay here again.

This had to be the most amazing Lodge I've ever had the orivyto stay at, the folks there were absolute heaven, never been treated do well the he front desk attendant was a doll I forget her name but it's one of the girls from Rural Retreat,Va so get your cheesse burger, lol id recommend this place to anyone.

The rooms could have been cleaned and little better than they was. But everything else was great

Weve always had a good stay here. Rooms are nice and clean...and comfortable (we have always stayed in the side where the indoor pool is) Breakfast is wonderful...actual breakfast like you'd do at home. Staff has always been friendly and helpful
