Having recently moved to Hong Kong we were excited to visit Macau. We chose to stay at the Four Seasons and all of our expectations were greatly surpassed. The hotel is impeccable and the location is fantastic, but the jewel in the crown is the staff. Without a doubt this was the best customer service experience I have received in any hotel I have ever stayed in. We felt welcome and at home immediately. We will be back! Thank you.

Went to Macau and booked at Four Seasons Macau for a relaxing experience. Four Seasons never failed my expectation. Ms. Shane and Ms. Jovy of front desk greeted us and assisted us from the check in procedures and recommended places, sightseeing and food to try in Macao which for us an exceptional service. The hotel was clean; bed and pillows are very comfortable. (we slept most of the time than going on tour, hahaha) The view from our room is also relaxing. Front desk Ms. Jovy and her team ensure that everything we need is inplaced. They are very thoughtful for the chocolates and fruits prepared for us. Hospitality and customer service at its finest. In addition to the accessibility of the hotel from other attractions. Such kind gestures makes me consider to choose Four Seasons Macau or Four Seasons Hotel again on my next trip.

We returned to this hotel due to good memories from our last experience. Everything is wonderful. The staffs were so friendly. One of them gave us a warm welcome back as he remembered us from our last stay. The front desk staff Ms Barbie is very nice and sincere. We really like her. Although we had not met her again after the first day, we were surprised with the special preparations we got from her. We felt the sincerity and hospitality the hotel could able to offer to their guests. However, on the second day of our stay owing to expenses we consumed from the hotel facilities, we were asked to pay a second deposit. I had never encountered this sort of request in any hotel before. It's a bit out of expectation.
