Rooms were large. Breakfast was great, however, for a 5 star hotel, not having a proper coffee machine in the room (powdered coffee and kettle provided, breakfast starts at 8 am) is not acceptable. Furthrmore, wifi in the rooms was so weak and poor, could not log in (had to go to reception to do so), and then could not upload normal apps like IG. Hotel reception were aware of this problem, so ongoing for a while. Also could not watch Netflix on iPad. TVs in the room are not smart TVs, not good enough for a 5 star hotel. Staff were all friendly and pleasant though. Would not stay here again.

Solo stay

The electronic keys to the room was not working and the staff had to come and open the room everytime. It got fixed the third day of my stay. The hotel is clean and spacious and the staff were courteous. The problem is they didn’t provide water everyday. I was told to purchase it from the bar. The breakfast buffet was ok and nothing to rave about. The hotel is a bit far from the old town and you have to take a cab to go to the old town or walk from 45 mins. Its a nice hotel for the price!

Breakfast was beautiful with so much choice. We used the spa circuit which was great. Pool area fabulous. We had a wonderful dinner in the Asian fusion restaurant and the staff were wonderful

The standard rooms, which we had, face a very busy road intersection and is very noisy. The air-conditioning which you need is controlled only by reception, not as advertised, individually. Therefore the room was 27°, so we turned it off and suffered the road noise. The bathroom sink was blocked and the jacuzzi bath jets let out brown 'scum' when just using the bath so not great.
