Great place to stay, central location and reasonable price. Only slight down point rooms are small. But 3rd time we have stayed !

The property is very basic but it has everything needed, comfortable bed, great shower and very cozy!! It was also very clean. Staff were great, very helpful and friendly!

The location was perfect. Everything was walking distance

I want to start by saying that the staff at this hotel are lovely and the hotel is situated in a very good location. However, our TV stopped working on the third night of our stay and some of the power sockets in the room also stopped working. We immediately reported this to the front desk, where we were told that it was likely due to the snow and it would be okay in the morning. The next day the tv and power sockets were still not working, we reported this in the morning and were told it would be looked at. When we returned that afternoon, they were still broken. We reported this again and were told that there were no staff in the hotel who would be able to fix this issue. For the amount of money we paid to stay at this hotel, I am very disappointed that we were not offered an alternative room or any compensation to amend this issue. Until the staff are trained on how to resolve these issues or better solutions can be provided, I would not recommend staying here and will be looking for a partial refund.

The only thing that is going for this hotel! Location!!! Everything else is bad the size of room the lack of cleanliness. The staff not so great l, just one girl on my first day checking was wonderful. Since I saw the size of the room with 2 suite cases and 2 carry one plus 2 bag packs. It was impossible to handle it in one room. I ended up getting another single room. Mind you not much of a difference between both rooms. If you are on the heavy side there is no way 2 people can fit their double bed. I try to get my money back after checking in when I saw the room but no luck getting my money back at that point.

Very compact, minimalist room. Clean and comfy. As we have 3 luggage’s between us, it was a little tight to move around the room. But love location and the reception lounge, so cosy with board games to keep ourselves entertained. Enjoyed my stay.

Great hotel . Friendly and helpful staff and clean practical room with all what you need . Good heater too . Great location . Will definitely return .

Room was a bit cold from the window. Small basic room Staff all friendly Breakfast extra. Buffet fairly good choice. Hotel conveniently located.
