Additional charges like the destination fee + taxes made it seem like hidden charges as it was not stated in the ad prior to booking and payment. It only appeared after payment has been made that I will be charged these fees on top of my room charges + tax. As for the front desk staff , both upon check in & check out was not smooth because of these unexpected additional charges. The staff especially upon check out was very impatient, argumentative & displayed a very condescending behavior as I was repeatedly trying to clarify these charges & requested for an acknowledgement receipt for the security deposit. Not very hospitable. However, I would like to commend the Supervisor on duty upon my check in who was very helpful & patient in assisting me. Suggest that all charges should be clearly stated on the ad details to manage expectations.
