Our room is in the oldest building of the complex and There is no elevator. We had to flex our muscles to carry the luggages upstairs, which is not the best thing in the world. But the room was nicely renovated and was very clean. Even though it’s a small room, it has a lot of charm. The room has no AC.

Great Nice hotel in quiet town on outskirts of Freiburg. You need a car if you’re staying here but parking on site wasn’t always available and the spaces were quite small. Staff were all really friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning. The rooms were clean but quite basic and could have done with air conditioning or fans (though I realise it was particularly hot when we were there)

Nice, clean, simple comfy hotel, great location, friendly staff, lovely breakfast, Good wifi. This hotel is recommended for short stay. However, there were 2 negative points: first, we did not get the room we booked, and they did not offer any thing in return to make it up for us (i.e. Free upgrade or free complimentary drink). Second, the weather was hot and the room has no AC. We were sweating during the night, and mosquitoes made it worse. In fact, we struggled to have a good sleep.

Below average I didn’t receive the room arrangement that booked. When I told the front desk, she when I asked about it, they wanted to charge me extra money to set up the arrangement that I ordered. I had to argue w the receptionist and she made a long phone call and after I insisted that it wasn’t right, she forgave the extra charge.
There was no fan in the room and no air. We had to leave windows and curtains open so it was bright early in the morning. It was hot and there was no air in the room.

The hotel is big and have a very good restaurant as well. Our room is big and comfortable. This is a first hotel we have come across that provides lots of door and wall hooks for us to hang clothes and towels, love it! Dinner and breakfast are very nice.

We felt very welcomed, with good local information supplied, the breakfast was reasonable and the room comfortable, however the room was a little small with a old TV and could have has a fan as it was quite warm. the house itself needed a make over as it seemed a little under finished.
