I loved my stay at Hotel Maximilian. The location was perfect for exploring Innsbruck on foot, and everything I wanted to see was within easy walking distance. The room was spotless, comfortable, and welcoming after a day of sightseeing. The staff were kind and helpful, and the hotel had a warm, boutique feel. Innsbruck was one of the highlights of my trip, and Hotel Maximilian was a big part of that experience.

The breakfast was good. Room was clean. However I messaged hotel before arrival to ask for a walk-in shower. They assured me our room had one. It was a bath with shower over. As a couple in our 70s I am not comfortable using such a shower as I am not that sure on my feet. That meant I was unable to shower during my stay.

The location is great, less than a 5-minute walk to the bridge and shopping area. The room was clean and nice. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom. I couldn’t close the door properly, and the shower door also didn’t close well. I had to be really careful when taking a shower because the whole bathroom could easily get flooded.

Nice contemporary hotel in an a great location by old town near the river. Helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast with a large selection of fruit , eggs, meats, cereals and bread.

This property was amazing. The staff are the best part about this hotel. Super accommodating. The rooms were really nice and big. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the amenities were good. The property is very centrally located to all the bars and restaurants.
