Good beach view but room size is very small.

Location was good and view was nice.

The room is very clean, beach view is amazing air conditioning is running 24hrs none stop. Feel very nice to walk into the room after walking around the beach.

The water from the shower is very slow. Pls change the shower head make it strong.

Nice hotel but I did come across 2tiny roaches. Overall great service and location

Aside from the maids who cleaned my room and the valet men, the rest of the hotel staff sucked. They were rude and dismissive. I booked my stay 5 months in advance requesting rooms next door as I was bringing my children along with us for the trip. We were placed on separate floors and when I complained about wanting my kids near me the staff was rude in that u was asking them to move us around so I could monitor my kids. This used to be a nice hotel but the quality of service provided was poor

This is a nice, basic, mid-century, cylindrical hotel surrounded by more modern chain hotels with more amenities. The rooms are shaped like wedges and not huge by modern standards. Mine might have been small for 2 or more people. The shower had a trapeziodal footprint, which is why I think some folks didn't like it. I thought it was fine. The rooms were very clean; however, I didn't realize housekeeping only comes every 3 days. If you need something, the front desk folks were really nice and helpful. You really can't beat the location. I recommend paying for the upgrade. I loved lying in bed and watching the waves (I had an ocean-facing room on the 11th floor). There is a small fridge under the desk and enough outlets to keep everything charged. The restaurant was pretty good - I liked the cold brew coffee. I didn't like that they had a fish and rice breakfast on the menu but apparently no longer offer it. I had the pork chop, which was okay.

The staff are very attentive. The hotel is small, but the location is fantastic.
