Our room smelled like cigarettes. The staff sprayed something and offered to transfer us rooms. The breakfast buffet was worth it. The location is nice and is near the pier. If you plan on taking a ferry or going on a cruise, the location's perfect for you. I sent a request to hang a happy anniversary sign, but they simply ignored it. I even had to remind them again and they sent a cake instead. Overall enjoyed our stay here.
