Our experience was superb. From the food, staff, amenities, the hotel itself. everything was perfect except that there's no bidet. But overall it was a great experience. Hope to be back soon!

Hotel occupancy rate was at 97% upon my arrival so it was very very full. I attempted to ask for a free upgrade but no luck this time. They gave me a room in the old wing and on the 2nd floor. Room was nice but hoping for a higher floor.

This is not only an iconic hotel steeped in Hong Kong history but has incorporated modern amenities and touches that keep the tradition but improve the comfort. From a touch screen room controller to built in usb ports and wireless charging to a retractable mirror all while maintaining a lobby that has alive music and afternoon tea, this is an amazing hotel and absolutely stunning. The gym and spa are world class and the view of Victoria Harbour is unbeatable.
