Clean and presentable room. Good shower in the room. The big downfall was the air con was flashing a service light and not working and other guests reported the same issue. No windows to open so the room was uncomfortably hot during the night

Always our first choice if we're visiting Birmingham, especially on a budget. Great little well equipped kitchenette with a decent sized fridge and ice box big enough for several frozen pre-made meals. We love the ability to load up a tray for breakfast and take it back up to the room, very convenient. The 24hr fresh coffee is a nice bonus too.
