We really loved this hotel. The location was great, we stayed in the bunk bed room and there was plenty of space. Room and bathroom were clean and practical. The rooftop was nice with an excellent view of city buildings. The staff was very helpful, we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic
Friendly staff, clean, great amenities such as two canned waters daily, a photo booth and quiet spaces to chill or do work. The Queen City View room is perfect for solo travelers and offered a great view. The rooftop bar was of course amazing.

The manager is good. But the receptionists are not (mostly). King city room is NOT cool. Old bathroom, old elevators. It is NY though. Might come back for the location

La cama estaba rota y los cuartos eran muy Pequeños pagué por una habitación en un piso alto me ubicaron en el piso 11 , no entiendo por qué cobran más por algo que es igual a resto no volvería a hospedarme allí !
