Stayed with kids

The bathroom had lots of hair from prior guests, shower leak heavily, there is mold on the shower wall, the carpet had black stains in between both beds from being old one of the bed sheets had a hole at the bottom on front of bed . I was expecting a better hotel due to its name and the price that they charge

The hotel was nice and located in a good location for walking to the theater. The hotel did not provide information on the Uber shuttle which would have saved me over $100++ had I known, there was no complimentary water in the room, and there was no refrigerator to use. The refrigerator in the room was stocked with various drinks that sat on sensors in the refrigerator facing the opposite direction. Which is a trap, because if you touched the item to read the label it would automatically charge your credit card. There was no space left in the refrigerator for putting any personal items in there.

Everything was fine....however, I would not consider this a 5 Star property. We got a great deal on a rate on July 3,4 and that made it fine. If I were paying their normal rates, I'd be unhappy.
