The room was spacious and staffs are kind and accommodating.

It is my first time to stay in this place and all I can say that I am satisfied not just because of the affordabable price but also because the place is clean and has a good access to everywhere like mall, hospital, restaurants and more places.

Nice room and clean. Staffs is friendly and accommodating. The place is accessible to all and few minutes drive to malls.

The location is great and the staff are friendly. The ambiance is quiet and relaxing. However, it would be even better if they could invest in newer sheets and ensure the provided closet is thoroughly cleaned. Some of the sheets are worn out, and we also experienced some insect bites during our stay.

If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place to stay in Cebu, Dynasty Inn offers a decent option at around ₱900 per night. It’s a no-frills hotel — don’t expect complimentary breakfast or standard toiletries like shampoo, toothpaste, or a toothbrush. Even an extra towel requires a request at the front desk. The room itself is good enough for two people, with air-conditioning in excellent condition — a big plus given the Cebu heat. The comfort room is clean and functional, and the staff are polite and accommodating, making the stay more pleasant. One downside is the room layout. The cabinet is oddly positioned and partially blocks the pathway, which can be inconvenient, especially in the dark or if you’re moving around with luggage. Overall, if you’re after affordability and a clean, cool place to rest without the extras, Dynasty Inn gets the job done. Just come prepared with your own toiletries and a bit of patience for minor inconveniences. Rating: 3.5/5 – Great for budget travelers, but with room for improvement.
