Overall, we had a very good experience staying here, and we really recommend this place! From the activities, food, and ambiance, to the staff — everyone was very friendly, approachable, and welcoming. We’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel.💯💯💯

we had fun in spite of the heavy rain there’s a lot of activities to br done and the scenic view from our room is so relaxing

Overall stay was superb. The only problem I encountered was when were walking from the breakfast buffet with our kids when a staff member pushing a cart accidentally hit me with the end of the cart. It was really painful—it stopped me from walking for a moment. It’s not really an issue for me since it was an accident, but what was disappointing was that the staff didn’t even come over to ask if I was okay to think I was limping to sit on a nearby chair. Next, on the kiddie pool side, someone was smoking. Considering there were so many kids in that area, it was really inappropriate. We already talked to them nicely but they didn't care, they just kept smoking to think that they have a BABY and small kids on their group. Attached to this review are photos to prove. Hoping next time the resort will have a stricter regulation about this so we will go back again.

Whiterock beach hotel has a great beach and their accomodations match what you paid for. The only downside we have experienced is that the staff had passed us all over when it comes to acquiring beach towels. The pools are closed at 8pm but we were told they are already closed at 5pm. That put a dent on our first day and we got frustrated. The next day was great though since we had access to the beach itself. The waters are clear and there isn't much debris. You can also see fishes even though the brach is shallow. as for the cleaning staff, we had to request water and slippers and the body wash isn't refilled.

Overall, it was a good experience. The place was enjoyable and we had a great time. However, there’s room for improvement when it comes to handling seasonal events—adding more staff during peak seasons would really help manage the crowd better. That said, the trip was still worth it!

It is my first time to book a hotel at Whiterock. They have spacious place from parking area,to hotel rooms, to lobby, beach area and pool area that accomodate if ever you're looking for venue for company outing. Their employees are professional and approachable. If ever you missed to prepare food for your outing you don't have to worry coz they also have a restaurant inside. At night they also have a live band which you can enjoy while having drinks at their naya restau. There is also an inflatable at the beach and kayaking if you want other activity. Had so much fun at whiterock if I can stay much longer to enjoy their facilities but unfortunatley I have other place to visit. I will definitely back here If I had a chance.Thank you again Whiterock! kudo to the free buffet breakfast at sunset restaurant I enjoyed having breakfast here, my favorite was your dessert called Canonigo!

Relaxing and peaceful place. Staff are polite and accomodating. Room is clean and neat as well. Water parks is good for kids too.
