Nice spacious room with kitchenette and good bathroom. Staff not super helpful and room not supremely quiet, but a comfortable place to stay close to town.

We got an early check in at 11am, the guy at the front desk was super helpful. Room was very clean. Parking was easy. Property was less than 10min walk to centre of Queenstown. Room was comfortable and well equipped w a complete kitchenette. We enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable room. Warm and cozy

Awful experience – do not recommend. Our two-night stay was incredibly disappointing, especially for what we paid. When we first checked in, our room smelt like a public urinal. The smell was absolutely revolting and made the room almost unbearable to stay in. Staff did arrange for a plumber to inspect it, but the issue couldn’t be fixed, and because the hotel was fully booked we were told there was nothing more they could do that night. We had no choice but to spend our first night in a room that smelt like urine. The following day we were moved to another room, which we appreciated, but then discovered there was no proper hot water. The shower was only ever lukewarm. We tried showering at different times of the day, more than eight hours apart, and the water was even colder. This is Queenstown in winter, where temperatures are below freezing. Having a hot shower isn’t a luxury—it’s a basic expectation after being outside in alpine conditions. Instead, we spent our stay dealing with one problem after another. While the staff were polite, the overall experience was unacceptable. Two major room issues in a two-night stay completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable holiday. For the price we paid, we expected a clean, functional room with basic amenities. We left feeling extremely disappointed and believe a refund or meaningful compensation would have been appropriate. They have not replied to an email outlining the above, appalling customer service.
