Great Enjoyed the breakfast pool and hot tub. Housekeeping should perhaps refill the coffee station with the towels. Overall great place.

We really enjoyed our stay here! If your main goal is exploring Oahu without getting stuck in Waikiki traffic every day, this hotel is in a great location. While it鈥檚 not on the beach, the hotel is brand new, the rooms are spacious, and everything felt clean and modern. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus each morning.
The only downside is the parking fee, but that鈥檚 pretty standard for hotels in Hawaii. Overall, if you鈥檙e looking for a comfortable home base to explore the island while avoiding the congestion of Waikiki, this is an excellent choice. We鈥檇 definitely stay here again!

Earlier start time on the breakfast 6:30 and should be like 5:00 5:00 a.m. and maybe two rolls of toilet paper and each unit instead of one

The staff was always available to answer any question helping other stay become more pleasant. I just wish I wish they would have a the breakfast would start earlier than 6:30 it'll be awesome it started like 5:00 5:30 that would be better some people have to be already in town by 7:00 a.m. so they would not be able to use this which could put a damper on there stay.

The hotel was clean and spanking brand new. The pool area was nice but we didn鈥檛 have the time to use it. The free breakfast was convenient before you go do touristy activities. I wasn鈥檛 happy to pay $48/night for parking but I guess that the price you pay when in Hawaii.

Property recently opened, so staffing the correct amount of employees was challenging. Only one bar and eatery with conflicting open times. Wash room has only 2 washers and 2 dryers for both Hyatt Place and Hyatt House at Hoopili. The week we booked was totally sold-out. We needed a handicap room, but wasn't able to get it.
Breakfast buffet was available every morning and included with our stay. The breakfast was excellent.
Upon check in, our room wasn't ready.

First time staying at this Hotel. I love how the hotel staffs are so friendly. It was easy for me to check in & out. Never had an issue with the parking nor to pay. You have to be smart where to park 馃槈 Highly recommended!!! Mahalo!!
