The front deck service needs to be improved. Overall great place but front deck service is from 3 star hotel. They promise just to make you feel they do something but totally ignore your request

Hotel design is impressive, staff is caring and very courteous, food is very good and rooms are beautiful. Problem is that my family, including our 2 years old baby left the hotel full of cuts since the pool on our villa was is a very bad shape, with horrendous finishings that make it sharp. We informed the staff and answer was “we apologize about the pool tiles”. Besides we have our bodies with several bloody marks, everything was amazing.

Everything stood out. Is the best hotel out of hundreds that I have stayed in. The service, location, hospitality are out of this world. You feel like being in another planet. The room is amazing. We appreciate the late check out. Yahya gave us an excellent service at the restaurant.
