Small room but clean and extraordinarily quiet.

The property was as described. Really enjoyed the common sitting area at the reception area. Close and easy walk from the train station and the town tour buses. The reception staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay here on a return trip to Edinburgh.

It was a fair property. The staff weren’t always on point .

Very small but clean room. For two people there was not much space to dress or walk around. We got breakfast which was very good for a continental. The beds are not automatically made up. We requested it done on out 3rd day(found out you need to book at least 4 nights which we had done). They came and replaced towels and made bed but did not change the linens. The next day I requested the linens be changed and the staff wrote it down and assured me they would. Again they made the bed and did not change the sheets. The room was hot and the air conditioning did not adequately cool it down. Our sheets were sweaty and needed changed. Overall the size of room, heat, and lack of clean linens really ruined our experience.

Very supportive and helpful with all stay.

Very nice and clean rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered free bag holds before and after check in as well as coffee, tea, and water while you are there. Breakfast was good. The air conditioning if ok. Doesn't keep up too well during the day, but was fine overnight.

The staff was amazing. Rooms were small but had everything we needed. Place was clean. Continental breakfast was a great way to start the day!

Eileen Allardyce, Marley and Olivia were amazing. Helped us find our way around and were happy to give us recommendation's when I asked.
