Solo stay

Booked and paid through Expedia 9 months in advance and had confirmation from Expedia. But when I showed up they claimed to have no knowledge of my booking. Just told me it wasn’t their problem and it was Expedia’s and to call them. Not sure if it was Expedia or the hotel but both were hopeless at helping. Was F1 weekend so everything was booked so was pretty much out on the street (alone) at 11:30pm trying to find somewhere to stay. Don’t book here - I suspect they just resold the room at a higher rate when they realised the F1 was on.

The location of the hotel is excellent, walking distance to the boulevard, fountain park and the funicular. The staff were very helpful with all the questions I had.

Solo stay

予約時に支払いを済ませているのにまたカードで支払わせようとしたところと、宿泊税が他のホテルと比べて異常に高かったことを除けば、特に問題はありませんでした。 最大の問題はHotels.comが掲載しているマップがまったく違う場所を示していることです。マップ通りにいくと、「ニザミセントラルパークホテル」ではなく「セントラルパークホテル」に着くのでご注意ください。 （少なくとも2025年4月末現在では）
