The sheets were dirty the chairs were wobbly and the room was at 35°C when i arrived and only a little fan to cool it off that didnt even lower by 1 ° in 3h

I would never recommend this place, the bathrroms were very dirty and only 1 bathroom was in working order. The toilets was clogged and very disgusting, it's also noisy and I felt very uncomfortable stayinf there. I feel like I should get a reimbursement for not having a working toilet!!!

It was okay for that price and location.

Cheap for a reason. Loud guests even after the quiet period, stained bedsheets, staff nowhere to be found.

Great location, within walking distance to IGA grocery store, 10min walk and you're in old town Montréal.

Perfect little stay! Did not mind the common bathrooms! Very easy access to room! Thin walls... very nice front desk worker.

There is no sound proofing between floors with the exposed floorboards on the ceiling. People partying above us all night and no overnight front desk to go to. If you want to party loudly all night this is the place for you; if you want to sleep, maybe not. Also, I never received the check-in information so I had to wait in -20 outside for another guest to let me in to talk to the front desk - code on the front door but no buzzer. They wanted to charge an extra $20 for a expended check out. Expedia states 11am check out but the staff said 10am. When I told them about the noise, they didn't charge me. Having said this, it was very clean with a comfortable bed and great linens.

Aside from the fact that there was no heat in the room and they had no electric heaters available, the facility was acceptable.
