The hotel's location is near good establishments with easy access to public transportation. However, there are stairs, so please be aware if you have seniors or persons with disabilities, as they may have difficulty using the stairs to access the upper floors. Despite this, it is still a very good place to stay if you are looking to save money.

Super accessible location with very approachable staff. Everyone—from the front desk to housekeeping and the breakfast service team—was friendly and accommodating. The overall experience was smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended, and I will definitely book here again.

Staff are all welcoming and respectful. There were a couple of hiccups (toiletries kit were not prepared in the room, sink was locked) but still a 5 coz both were addressed immediately. WiFi is good enough but better to bring your own especially if you'll be working during your stay like I did. Food is great, options and serving size. It's just near Good Taste and Burnham Park. We'll most likely book again. 😊
