Corner 3rd Avenue, BGC CHECK-IN & OUT DETAILS Standard check-in is at 3:00pm (please let us know if you will have a different check-in time) and check-out is by 12:00nn at the latest. Unless you have already arranged an early check-in or a late check-out with us prior to your stay, please visit the property only at the standard check-in time as the housekeeping staff will still be busy preparing your home for you. Your door code is the last 6 digits of your mobile number on file. To access the door, you will need to use the back of your hand to activate the keypad then enter your 6 digit code. Don’t forget to press “*” after. Just a few gentle reminders: - You will have to say your reservation name to the concierge so they can assist you and handover the key and RFID card for elevator access. Lost RFID card will have a replacement fee of Php 800. - We provide cookware but, not the condiments (i.e. salt/pepper/oil) ***PLEASE DO NOT COOK SMELLY FOOD LIKE TUYO AS THE ODOR STICKS TO THE WALLS AND FABRICS - If you plan to check out early, please inform us right away to give cleaning team time for the commute going there.
