The room was nice, staffs are nice and kind. Room is so spacious and there’s a bathtub too. They also have a hair blower that you can use and a spacious cabinet to hang clothes. transport access: Accessible to terminals. breakfast: Nice and Great hotel location: It can be walking distance to some pharmacy, parks and cafe. service: Great service!

Stayed here with my family. Hotel staff was able to accomodate our request for connecting room & early check in. We were checked in already around 12:30pm. Fast check in process naman for us. There is also parking sa basement. Umaalis alis kami pero pagbalik may parking pa din naman. Buffet breakfast was also good! Accommodating ang lahat ng staff. Limited lang options sa restaurant nila but okay naman food. Hotel location is very convenient. rooms are clean & cold! requested for room with AC. will stay here again if we will come back to baguio.

near the tourist spots. very accesible as well to taxis. just note that not a lot of options for breakfast. but dtill good

the hotel is great! value for money. a bit old lang so there are visible molds sa hallway. the phone in our room wasnt working. but staffs are very veryyyy nice so that makes up for it. will def be backkk

if you’re in baguio to relax and have a peaceful ambiance then this hotel is for you. the family room might not have any view but it is very spacious and you can actually rest. their lights were all touch sreen though it was very hard to know which light would open whenever you touch the buttons. The down side is that it is hard to get public transportation. the tourist locations might be a little challenging as the roads in baguio city were very steep but when you look at the map this hotel is near those tourist attraction.

First stay in Ion Hotel, whilst the general bedroom area was spacious, included a decent view of Baguio and had some fancy light switches, there were issues noted with the toilet/bathroom whereby the toilet got choked and the shower area was not draining out water fast enough. That said, the hotel staff were kind and friendly & were able to assist wirh the toilet issue even up to around 730pm. Also, the hotel is situated within walking distance to some of the attractions (maybe 15-20min walk to Burnham Park, SM Baguio/Skyranch, etc.) and wasn't too far off from others (e.g., Igorot Stone Kingdom, Tam-awan Village, Bell Church, etc.). The complimentary breakfast included was decent with some variety of items, but not something that must be had, especially considering the good foods/restaurants around the area. Generally, a decent stay experience but could be enhanced if the toilet/bathroom was improved.
