Gosh darn it. They tricked us. Place looked decent in photos and price was not super cheap so we figured it’d be nice.
Dirty sheets, bugs, unsafe door and area, took a while to receive check in info.

The property was as shown in the listing. Very pet friendly as well as business friendly. It was in an excellent location-market, grocery store, salon, restaurants, coffee shop and massage therapist within 1 mile (easy walk). Beautiful park around the corner 2 blocks away. The onsite laundry was convenient to have since i was there for a month. I do have some suggestions I will follow up directly with the property on. I would absolutely stay here again.

We pulled into the parking lot that was too small for a vehicle to get down the alley. People in the parking lot were doing profound things and we were so nervous we never even got out of the car! The pictures are deceiving and I would never stay here! We never even got out of our vehicle and immediately left, resulting in a fee to stay when we did not! We found a very nice motel up the street! The owner doesn’t respond or even message you back! No communication whatsoever! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! BEWARE!

Arrived after a 9-hour drive and could not access our suite. Had to contact the owner via Hotel app and wait for instructions. Payment for cleaning was required, up front, before key code was shared--which was fine. The space itself wasn't quite as nice as shown but tolerable and we were too exhausted to care.
All was well until 4:24am when someone tried to enter our door code, not once but three times! They actually got it right the third time and the door opened, then quickly closed after whoever it was heard me coming. (Before knocking off, I placed a chair in front of the door and it had been pushed away.)
By the time I looked out the window, no one was there. Very creepy.
We packed up and left, cutting our stay short.
While it's not a "bad" neighborhood, we felt unsafe. Possibly being watched as we checked-in.
I have requested a refund for the second day. :(

Below average Wasn't good for 3 people as the couch was just a small loveseat. Broken chair. Hairs left in shower. Coffee maker nasty, microwave not clean, garbage can broken so used butter knife to open it, only spoon in the place in the dishwasher, cockroaches alive and dead, kitchen counters with smear over all of them....did they get the poison up? Dirt on all shelves above 5'. 1" gap in bathroom tile wall so what can come up that in nasty place? Smoke detector removed in bedroom. No rugs like photos. Felt like I should be shooting up in the room. I'm forgetting stuff that I put in the videos also.
No way to contact owner except through text or Hotels.com msg. Took 12 hrs for a response. Was already packed up and reservations at another hotel as I was having a medical procedure on my spine. Apologies from owner but no refund even after showing the owner and Hotels.com all the photos. False advertising and Hotels.com doesn’t care.

Check in is at 4 which normally everywhere else is at 2 so left me stuck outside waiting. Exactly 4 i got the code and was able to go inside. Upon arrival the place looked pretty decent the dog area is small. I had to park .y truck in the street infront of the building. When going inside i noticed the door doesnt shut and thebonly way to close it is to use the dead bolt. Since someone had removed the dead bolt latch plate it was still very loose and could of been easily pushed open. The appliances had mold and nasty old stuff in it the towels were dirty. The shower has a window with no blinds over it and a apartment right beside u that can look into it besides this it wasa quite stay. I believe it was priced too high for what it was!

I feel like it could be cleaned up more new appliances looks like there was blood or some splashed on the walls.. the drains need to be looked into… the dryer need maintenance… the bedsheets and blankets need to be properly washed with bleached… because there was hair on it on the first night… who ever owns these airbnbs needs to do better you make enough money to make sure everything is cleaned perfectly and washed properly… some ideas by extra beddings so you can take one home or to a laundromat to make assure all linen is washed equally and properly…
