Very friendly, comfortable and clean hotel. Would recommend.

Very basic, but things work. Good location if you're running Two Oceans. Room is comfortable, but aircon is a bit unreliable. No shampoo etc was provided for the shower, which is a bit disappointing.

Dear Management, We stayed in room 104, and initially, the room was beautiful and clean. Unfortunately, our experience quickly declined due to ongoing issues with the air conditioning. The aircon was not working, and after contacting reception, a technician was sent to fix it. While it worked for a few hours, it soon began blowing hot air again. After reporting the issue a third time, we were simply offered a fan and advised to open the windows, which is not an acceptable solution. We were also informed that the manager, Hendril, was unavailable. I have since sent an email but have not received any response. This experience has been very disappointing. We expected a higher standard of service and a more effective resolution to the issue. I kindly request that this matter be addressed urgently and that steps be taken to improve how guest concerns are handled.

Lovely hotel great location. Very friendly staff.

Great beds nice linen and towels, well serviced

While the general atmosphere of the hotel and the room were pleasant, I was very disappointed that the room had no fridge and the room assigned had faulty air conditioner.

I checked out immediately as it smelly.
