El peor hotel que me he hospedado en la vida! Debí hacerle caso a los malos reviews que tiene en Google! El espejo del baño está súper alto y sólo me veo la frente. Yo mido 1.56m. No me pude arreglar el pelo en mi estancia allí. El baño tenía mal olor que sale de los caños. Cuando uno llega y entra a la habitación el olor a cloro es tan fuerte que si eres alérgico a eso, mueres. Y luego nos dimos cuenta que era para tapar el mal olor que sale por el baño. Para que salga el agua caliente hay que esperar como 15 minutos y juro que no exagero, llegué a pensar que no funcionaba y que nos tendríamos que bañar con agua fría. Pero lo peor es que nosotros somos un matrimonio y la cama no era una queen, sino dos camas personales juntas pegadas que cuando dormíamos se nos separaban y teníamos que estar todo el tiempo levantándonos a empujar y juntar las camas. Ah! Y el "lobby" tiene una clase de escalera sin rampa que mejor no lleves maletas pesadas porque te vas a herniar cargándolas ahí! Lo único bueno que tiene este lugar es la ubicación que sí es muy céntrica. Trata de evitar quedarte aquí. No fue una experiencia agradable.

May 22-25/26 One star, ⭐️. I’m 64 solo traveller.🇨🇦 Don’t go by the pictures on the site you’re using. I have foot/back issues. You arrive in old town, which has narrow cobblestones sidewalks. Very historical. 💜 If you’re using a wheelchair, not for you. I asked for a ground floor or an elevator, as I can’t do stairs. There was an elevator, but they gave me this room on ground level. You can’t open the curtains, as all the people/noise till 4am, walk by window. If I sound like a whiner, sorry. I’m honest. Maybe pay more for a better room. I paid $150 a night. I guess I got what I paid for. 😞 The 3’ dipping pool is across the street and down 5 buildings with the public walking by. Wear your cover-up, as some sketchy people around. You arrive to reception. I got young guy Daniel. I texted him to help, as my taxi was 20’ from Him! He didn’t and said no help around. I get to room, didn’t know how to work aircon, he was over in 10min. Why could he do that but not help with luggage? I put chicken in this beer fridge/broken. I didn’t check as in a hurry. Next day food bad, Daniel didnt care at all. He said he’d send handyman, I said No, don’t bother, pay me €15 food then we talk. Coffee maker a joke! No kettle! Clean small room 👌Reno- bathroom, I would have preferred a quieter room/higher floor. Bad experience. Used the dipping pool once. Did not like the walk. I told this all to contact, and.no reply. They just want you booked and once there, no service! How this helped.💕🤷‍

Good hotel in great location. Roof top pool a bonus given the heat in Seville. Staff really friendly and helpful. Communications were excellent.

It was good hotel considering that you are staying on an old property on the center of Seville. Not may amenities like other hotels but just perfect in my opinion.

Good stay, property has some deferred maintenece, but meets the basic needs.

I opted for this venue as it’s heavily marketed on many sites as a very popular gay adult apartment hotel. The term used is gay hotel Sevilla - the accommodation had more heterosexual couples and families than gay travellers. It’s convienently located very central however it is in a very busy district so if you have a room window facing the street it will get very noisy. Rooms are decent sized, hot water can be temperamental but it eventually starts running hot if you leave the tap running. There is a room top spa & naturist area however this is only in the white building (22) - the other half of the hotel is in the red building (19) which is on the opposite side 50metres down the street so access to the spa isn’t easily convenient if you are given a room in block 19. Check out is 12pm on which is a positive however there was pressure to leave the room before 12 which was a bit disappointing. Staff: one was friendly the other seemed grumpy all the time. Big positive is that all access is by code includes the room too so no need to carry any hotel room cards
