Pros: - the accommodation corresponds to what you see in the pictures. Nice pool; beautiful design. - Quality of the restaurant. Everything was very tasty. Also the restaurant staff is very nice. - Internet works very well & fast. Cons: - We had booked a facial spa. But nobody came at the agreed time. The owner and/or management took note of this without any apology or replacement. - There is no privacy. From the room you can hear the restaurant music all day long (playlist repeats itself after one day at the latest). In the evening, the owner likes to have his Spanish-speaking friends over. You can then follow their conversations from the room terrace. - There are the same 3 breakfast and 4 coffee options every day. If one option is off, there are no alternatives (unless you pay extra). Everything else (e.g. cappuccino with oat milk) has to be paid for. - Room urgently needs maintenance. In our room, the water in the shower drained very badly or not at all, the wall paint was peeling off. We had a cockroach in the room. Water was sometimes just gone for an hour. - Price/performance ratio does not fit.

The hotel offers an amazing dining experience at its restaurant, with delicious food that exceeded expectations. Additionally, there’s a charming café nearby for a change of pace. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, contributing to the boutique hotel’s warm and personalized atmosphere. Being a smaller hotel, the staff takes the time to remember most guests, tailoring their service to meet individual needs, which makes the stay feel even more special.

Had very mixed experience. First, the positives: 1. some areas of the property are very instagramable. 2. The food was prepared well, many breakfast selections. 3. Sparkling water available and could have a cocktail in the evening. 4.The music in the cafe was great. 5. Staff were very friendly, aimed to please. 6. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of hot water. 7.The location was good. The negatives: 1. found cockroaches in my room. They sprayed right away and called in a pest control service to fog the hotel, so kudos on their responsiveness. But I left all of my things locked in my bags the whole time as a precaution. 2. The aircon in my room was inadequate, even at the lowest setting. They called serviceman 3 times and it was just ok after that as long as I kept the doors to the bathroom closed. Bathroom like an oven but I could sleep. They need to get a more powerful unit but again, they tried to address my concerns as well as they could. 3. There were big gaps between the sliding glass door and the window frames so insects could get in. I was told new frames were being ordered. 4. The pool was gorgeous but full of leaves every day and dirt on bottom. The last day I was there, and I was there 7 days, , I saw a man taking the leaves out and the water looked fairly decent. 5. Need to put numbers on the rooms so you know which room is yours. So, all in all, I had a decent stay, but it could be SO much better if they could only get a handle on fixing these issues.
