Hotel is excellent, views are spectacular and staff are wonderful people. They go above and beyond. I've deducted 1 star because the hotel rooms are not wind-tight and have no permanent heating, despite being in a cold location. Hotel owners, please fix this!

Brilliant place. Brilliant staff. Brilliant food. It’s a luxury property. A bit tough to get to but once you get there.. you’ll never have enough of the view. The best thing you can do is wake up early for the sunrise. Do not miss it at any cost.

Stayed with partner

Lovely, service-oriented 5 star up high in the mountains. Excellent stay if you want to relax and enjoy nature. Also close to tea estates, so lots to explore. Only downside is it can get quite foggy that high, so the beautiful views can be obscured for large parts of the day.
