Location is terrible and directly across the street from a large garbage transfer station. Staff was more interested in their friends and watching television than helping guests.

The staffs are not friendly and are stern. We can feel this upon check in and at breakfast. The room is basic and warm and lack of amenities. We were running out of shower gel and toilet paper quickly. The hotel is oddly next to the biggest rubbish disposal site in Paris.

The staff didn’t speak much English and definitely weren’t welcoming. When we reported the safe broken, they explained a technician was required who wouldn’t be present for our full stay. There was no fridge or kettle in the room, and the coffee machine only had 3 pods that we couldn’t get replenished as we didn’t want anybody in the room when the safe did not work. We did not receive additional towels or toilet paper for our stay. The room was clean but basic, the plug sockets were touch and go with travel adapters and the bedding was ripped along 2 edges. The main pain was that the air vents released a horrendous smell of rotten eggs when switched on, however the window opened over the bed meaning it could not be kept open. The price of the hotel was steep considering it was on the outskirts of Paris and was a 20 minute walk to the metro stop to get into central city. Overall, a disappointing stay.

Amenities, no microwave, no refrigerator.

A good and clean hotel, almost in the center of Paris. I recommend it! The downside is that there's no iron in the room, no fridge, and no microwave.

A reasonable stay. The room felt quite budget, but it was comfortable enough. Somewhere to hang clothes, a bit of a desk, TV and bed. I liked that I was on the 9th floor, so nice view over the buildings. Seemed a pretty reasonable price compared to some places in Paris, however it was a bit further out from the city centre. It is next to a cinema and not that far from a large supermarket, but there wasn't a great deal more in the immediate area, and it was a bit of walk to public transport options. Buses and a tram are closeish, but anything on the Metro is more than a mile away.

Breakfast was terrible and was made up of whatever was in stock. No gluten free options! Staff were a mix of really good!

Very quiet and peaceful stay for a few days visiting Paris. The staff was helpful when I had questions. The biggest downsides for me were related to the shower — small towels and the water temperature fluctuated a bunch while I tried to shower. Sometimes it would be scalding hot and sometimes just lukewarm, couldn’t find a middle.
