Way wayyy smaller than it looks, barely any room to walk and couldn’t even open my suitcase on the floor without having to walk in it. TV didn’t work. We asked concierge a question about the bus and he had no answer for us nor did he bother to look into it, or at least pretend to. You can also hear everyone else speak and move in other rooms. I would say this is fine for like a one night budget layover ALONE. Anything else, no.

The hotel itself is basic, bed, shower & toilet but that is all you need if sight seeing. It was spotless and free range of coffees available 24/7 also staff on hand 27/7 if needed. Staff couldnt do enough for you, in particular I would like to mention Marta, such fantastic customer service skills, she was extremely pleasant, informative and professional, lovely to meet her.

Fantastic

Solo stay

The room was very clean! And the receptionists were super helpful! Thank you for lending me the universal adapter! The luggage keep for $5 is a really good thing to have. I would have liked to have at least 1 room service cleaning done in between my check in and checkout. That would have been amazing. It would be great to have water stations somewhere to fill up your water bottle. I wasn’t able to find any. These details would make this property even better! Thank you for the stay!

Room was very clean, easy to charge phone. Easy to operate the AC. Convenient location. Also very nice that the lobby is staffed 24 hrs. Only food options at hotel were vending machines. Room was the smallest I’ve ever stayed in, really small.

The room and bathroom were nice and clean, but the mattresses were uncomfortable. They were unfortunately stiff and hard to sleep on. Air conditioning worked great, hotel staff were friendly and the experienced matched the cost.
