Solo stay

Wifi is terrible, signal's weak and slow. Staff were not very helpful and I have a strong feeling they are underpaid, as I hard see anyone smiles. Simple request like changing notes get turned away. Although one frontline lady was nice enough to give directions to running route.

I arrived a day late due to a delayed flight from Australia and they had sold my room that i had prepaid for. This is despite me emailing the hotel to advise i would be late arriving. I was supposed to be attending a conference at the hotel and had to travel 30 minutes from another hotel. Very upset and poor service.

I was a little disappointed, room was only cleaned on really low effort, the blankets in the room had a really strange format (too short, i am 1.85m), the AC (even outside it was like cold) was blowing all night and had always to be turned of manually on request (but was running automatically again from 6am in the morning), so you woke always up super cold, there was no option to turn it off permanent or heat. Staff at the bar was good, the rest was also not too attentive, i did not enjoy this stay much and wished would have done another hotel choice.
