Why didn't I earn KlookCash for my review?
If you’ve already submitted 10 reviews this month, you won’t earn KlookCash for any additional reviews.
Do note that you won't earn KlookCash for reviews on the following:
- Free bookings
- Bookings made again within 30 days of taking part in the previous one
- Bookings with a total value of below US$5
- Activities with more than 100 reviews at the time of reviewing
- Flights and Hong Kong High Speed Rail
Do double-check that your review meets all the requirements (like character count and photos). If everything looks good and you're still missing KlookCash, please reach out to Klook Customer Support for help.
