How will I get my No-show Refund?

Your No-show Refund refund will be credited to your initial payment method.

If you used a mixture of Klook credits and cash to pay for your initial booking, you will receive the refund of your booking value in the same ratio as your initial payment.

Example

  • Your original booking was USD 100, and you used USD 90 and Klook Credits worth USD 10 to pay for your booking.
  • When receiving your No-show Refund, you will receive USD 60 in refund for your booking, in the form of USD 54 cash and Klook credits worth USD 6.
