When will the refund be credited?

Online refund:

  • If you pay using PayPal, the fee will be refunded immediately
  • If you pay by credit card, it will take about 5 - 7 working days for the refund to be returned to the original account. Some banks may take up to 30 working days to be credited.
  • If the fee is not credited within the time limit, please check the instructions or consult Klook customer service

Offline refund:

  • The refund amount can be collected directly. If the ticket has been collected, a refund fee of TWD 20 will be charged for each ticket.
