What will happen if I cancel my booking?

You will receive a cancellation email that confirms your booking has been cancelled.

  • Your payment for the booking will be refunded to the payment method which you used to book your activity.
  • Depending on your payment method, your refund can take 3-14 days to be reflected in your account.
