What happens if the property has no rooms upon my arrival?

In the unlikely event that this happens to you, please contact Klook's customer service, available 08:00 - 22:00 (GMT+8). You can find the contact number on your voucher and booking confirmation letter.

If you're checking in outside of our customer service operating hours, follow the steps below:

  1. Check the booking confirmation letter to find out whether Klook, Expedia or Agoda supplied your booking.

  2. For Expedia or Klook bookings, we recommend booking another property on the Klook platform. Contact Klook's customer service **during operating hours and *request a refund* for your original booking.

  3. For Agoda bookings, please contact Agoda's customer service. You can locate these details on your booking confirmation letter.
